Meet Dot

I’m a chef, writer and nutritionist based in London – and my interest in healthy eating began when I was diagnosed with celiac disease aged 14. This really brought home that the way we eat can be harmful to our bodies. But it also taught me that the opposite’s true too: the way we eat can also heal our bodies in amazing ways! And when you cook together with the people you love, it can create beautiful bonds between partners and families.

Before turning to teaching I was a private chef for ten years, sought after to help families and individuals overcome diet-related illnesses. I travelled the world catering to my client’s needs and learning about different ingredients and cuisines along the way. I achieved both a a Cuisine Diploma and a Diploma in Gastronomy, Nutrition and Food Trends from Le Cordon Bleu and am I’m a certified Institute for Integrative Nutrition coach.
