Shipping

All orders are packed and shipped with care from the UK.

Processing Times:

Orders are usually dispatched within 1 working day. During busy periods (launches, holidays, promotions), this may take slightly longer.

Custom books take up to 2 weeks to be delivered as they are printed to order.

You’ll receive confirmation once your book has been shipped.

Delivery Times

Delivery times vary by location:

UK: Typically 2 working days

International: Usually 7–14 working days (customs can occasionally cause delays)

Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country.

Important: Please Check Your Details Carefully

Because books are heavy and shipping costs are significant, we are unable to cover losses caused by:

Incorrect shipping addresses

Failure to collect a parcel

Refused deliveries

Unpaid customs charges

If a parcel is returned to us for any of the above reasons, we will contact you — but:

Original shipping costs are non-refundable

The cost of return shipping will be deducted from any refund

If you would like the book re-sent, you will need to cover the new shipping cost

We completely understand that mistakes happen — but as a small independent business, we simply can’t absorb repeated shipping charges.

Returns

We hope you love your book. However, if you need to return it:

You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order

The book must be unused and in perfect resale condition

You are responsible for return shipping costs

Once the book is received and inspected, we will refund the cost of the book (excluding original shipping).

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your book arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please email within 48 hours of delivery with:

Your order number

Clear photos of the issue

We’ll always make this right.

A Small Note

This is a small, independent business, not a warehouse operation. Each order matters, and international shipping on a 1.37kg book is expensive. These policies simply allow us to continue doing this sustainably.
